Nutrition, Wellness & Yoga Workshops with Stella’s Child in Bali, Indonesia

Enhancing income opportunities and long-term economic outcomes by equipping young people with the tools to succeed in high-demand roles

Volunteer Program Supporting Youth Employment Pathways

Ziva Consulting contributed to the inspiring work of Stella’s Child, a social enterprise supporting young adults from remote Indonesian islands to gain internships, skills, and industry training through partnerships with major hospitality and tourism businesses in Bali.

The program is designed to enhance income opportunities and long-term economic outcomes by equipping young people with the tools to succeed in high-demand roles—while staying connected to their communities and aspirations.

As part of this initiative, Zoe Richardson (Founder of Ziva Consulting) delivered a series of volunteer nutrition, wellness, and yoga workshops for youth preparing to enter the workforce. These sessions were culturally tailored and included:

  • Nutrition education for energy, focus, and strength

  • Mind-body awareness and resilience through movement and breath

  • Everyday wellbeing practices for life in high-performance environments

  • Group sessions that honoured local food, culture, and lifestyle

The workshops were designed to support young adults not only in getting the job, but in staying well while building a future.
