Malbak Aboriginal Corporation & Anwarrbarr Tours
Tourism Social Enterprise & Community-Led Development
West Arnhem Land, NT
Ziva Consulting led the full project management and strategic development of Malbak Aboriginal Corporation and its tourism enterprise, Anwarrbarr Tours, over a 12-month period. The work focused on transforming a strong community vision into an operational First Nations-led business in one of the most remote parts of the Northern Territory. Ziva’s role blended hands-on coordination, strategic support, and long-term capacity building to support community-led success in both tourism and health outcomes.

Wet Season Food Security Pilot
As part of Ziva’s commitment to holistic development, we also initiated and coordinated a Wet Season Food Security Pilot—a partnership between Malbak and OzHarvest that delivered monthly fresh produce to the community via charter flights. This program addressed seasonal food scarcity and was a direct response to local needs, co-designed and implemented with care.
