Who We Are

Ziva Consulting is a boutique consultancy working at the intersection of technology, training, and community wellbeing. We work with government agencies, community organisations, and NFPs across the NT and remote Australia to build capable teams, stronger programs, and healthier communities.

We were built for complex, on-the-ground work. Our founder Zoe Richardson has spent years working in remote communities across the Northern Territory, leading organisational builds, delivering community consultation, and designing programs that have to work in the real world, not just on paper.

Our service streams reflect where we see the biggest gaps and the greatest opportunity. AI training that is practical and grounded, not theoretical. A digital wellbeing project that takes seriously how technology is changing the way people live, connect, and work. And community wellbeing consulting that goes beyond the report to actually help organisations understand what is happening and what to do about it.
